By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following store policies.
Vintage & Preloved Condition
All items sold by Found & Kept are vintage and/or secondhand unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of vintage pieces, signs of age and previous use are normal and unavoidable. This may include minor scratches, scuffs, stains, discolouration, creasing, hardware wear, tarnishing, interior wear or other imperfections consistent with age and use.
We do our best to highlight noticeable flaws in our product descriptions and photographs. However, minor imperfections or signs of wear may occasionally be overlooked or not individually disclosed.
These characteristics are part of purchasing vintage and preloved items and are not considered defects.

We want you to feel fully confident about your purchase. Before placing an order, we strongly encourage you to:

Please look through all product photos carefully, including close-ups of the item's condition and details. Photos form part of the item's condition description.
Ask us before purchasing
If you are unsure about an item's condition, would like additional photos or measurements, or notice something that is not clearly shown, please reach out to us before checking out. We're always happy to provide more information where possible.
Product Photography & Colour
We aim to represent every piece as accurately as possible. Product photographs are taken in natural daylight wherever possible to capture the item's true colours, textures, details and condition from multiple angles.
Please note that colours may still appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, screen settings and the device used to view our website.
Authenticity Guarantee
Authenticity is extremely important to us. Every designer item sold by Found & Kept is carefully sourced and guaranteed authentic.
If you have concerns regarding the authenticity of an item purchased from us, you may have it assessed by a reputable independent third-party authentication service, such as Entrupy.
Any authenticity claim must be submitted to us within 1 month (30 calendar days) from the date of purchase, together with valid documentation or proof from the authentication service confirming that the item is not authentic.
If the item is determined to be inauthentic within this period and the required proof is provided, a full refund will be issued.
Authenticity claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund under our Authenticity Guarantee.
This Authenticity Guarantee is an exception to our general no-refund policy.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, condition expectations, colour variations, sizing or fit, or other personal preferences.
As our pieces are vintage and preloved, please carefully review all descriptions, measurements, condition notes and photographs before purchasing.

We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by Coach or any other brands featured or sold on our website.
All brand names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the products being resold.
